Our amazing physical body compensates for the ANXIETY and PANIC thoughts by increasing our breathing rate…we breathe faster and faster, taking in more and more air. Unaware, as we increase our breath rate, we move deeper into the “fight or flight” pattern, anxiety and panic may move us into “red alert”. We may lose touch with predictable behavior.
